June Purchases | 2023

After last month’s blue and green theme, my purchases have reverted back to blue, white and black for June. I picked up a bunch of basics, a couple of cute summer dresses, several pairs of summer shoes, and some accessories to add to my outfits! I *think* I’m going to implement one of my no buy months soon, however since July is my birthday month, it might get pushed back to August!

1. JCrew New Ribbed Jackie Cardigan – This was the last color I wanted in this style of the colors currently offered (I got three others last month!). I love a good blue and this one is bright and perfect to pair with white pants.

2. Jack Rogers Merrain Caning Wedge – These were marketed to me on Instagram (scary that they know how much I love Jack Rogers, navy and caning) and I was able to pick them up for 30% off during their Memorial Day sale!

3. JCrew Lightweight Cotton Poplin Ruffle Shirt – I actually have this shirt in white and navy from last summer and I got a lot of wear out of them so I sprung for the new shade of blue they introduced this year. These are great for work!

4. Tuckernuck Merritt Knit Dress – Really love this sweater dress which is easy to style casually or to dress up and it’s perfect for the office!

5. JCrew Zoe Woven Ballet Flats – These are so cute! I love classic ballet flats and the raffia / woven style is ideal for summer!

6. Addison Bay Logan Bra – The Courtside multi-floral print was on super sale! Only $28 for the bra and I’ve been wanting this print for a while.

7. Addison Bay Everyday Legging – Obviously had to get the matching leggings which were also marked down to $48!

8. Tuckernuck Kate Maxi Dress – This classic navy dress is so perfect to throw on for boardwalk strolls.  Can’t wait to pair it with a cute hat!

9. Pomander Place Kenzo Dress – I wore this one for our photos in the Poconos and I just love how flattering this style is.  It’s nice and flowy and comfortable.

10. Faherty Isha Dress – This is another great beach dress for summer!

11. Madewell Kick Out Crop Jeans – I wasn’t sure on sizing for these but I got really lucky and the ones that arrived couldn’t fit more perfectly.  These are really comfortable and I love the style for summer and that they’ll transition into fall very well.

12. KJP Whale’s Tail Belt – After getting the KJP fox head belt, I knew I would be invested in some more of these. This one is great for summer and I definitely plan on getting the anchor soon too!

13. JCrew Factory Gingham Flip Flops – I really needed a pair of casual flip flops to wear when I’m going in and out of the pool. I’ve been wearing nicer sandals and I don’t want to ruin them.  These are really comfortable and easy to slip on.

14. & 16. Madewell Brightside Cutaway Tank – I love love love the style of this tank top and I cannot even tell you how many times I’ve worn it since it arrived. It’s comfortable, easy  to throw on and great for really hot weather.

15. Neely & Chloe x Carly Small Everyday Tote – Carly is one of my favorite bloggers so I was glad to be able to support her collaboration with Neely & Chloe. This tote bag is perfect for the beach.

17. Neely & Chloe x Carly Small Flat Pouch – Another piece from Carly’s collection but this one fits my Kindle! I had been using a red tartan pouch for the longest time but it looks so silly during the summer.

18. – 20. JCrew Factory Linen Blend Drawstring Shorts – These are another poolside purchase and they’ve been getting a lot of use.

21. Madewell The Perfect Vintage Jean Short – I got these on sale and I feel like I’m good on denim shorts forever now (unless my size changes).

22. Tory Burch Minnie Ballet Flats – Another Memorial Day sale find and my first Tory Burch Minnie flats purchase of the year.  I have quite a collection of these but I find them so comfortable and I wear them all the time!
