January Wrap Up | 2022

I’m so excited to be posting my first month end wrap up on the blog today! Since this is my initial post, I’m sure the format will evolve as I figure out what works best for me.  To start, I pulled inspiration from the monthly wrap ups of some of my favorite bloggers (Hello ChellyAlexa Loves BooksBookmark LitSo Obsessed Blog) when I was formatting my post.  Let me know if there’s anything else you want me to include here.

As you’ll see below, I had an amazing reading month.  I have no idea how I read so much in January- I guess that’s what happens when you barely leave your home for a month!  I only got around to reviewing 12 of the 22 books I read but I promise, the rest are coming soon.  Two of my three five star reads of the month were both cozy mysteries so that’s a genre I’ll be exploring more in the coming months.  The only book not pictured below that I finished in January is Smuggler’s Run by Greg Rucka which is a middle grade Star Wars novel. I don’t own a physical copy of that one!
